ECS is an SPX owned company located in Wappenham, Northants, UK, established in 1987 and since its inception has focused on solving difficult RF problems in challenging markets.
ECS resides in the SPX Tactical Communication platform along with TCI. The platform specialises in providing solutions within the Cyber and Electromagnetic Environment (CEME). The detection and defeat capabilities provide our customers and partners with cutting edge technology which support their Cyber and Electromagnetic Activity (CEMA).
ECS technology is focussed on Radio Frequency (RF) systems, which underpins its two key product groups of RF Data Links and RF Inhibitors. Tactical Data Links (TDLs) enable secure transportation of video, audio and IP Data within ISR systems, and RF Inhibitors that provide signal inhibition, disruption and jamming for Counter-UAS (C-UAS) and Counter-RCIED (C-RCIED) systems.
