TCI International, a leader in world-class spectrum monitoring systems, shall again host USTTI Course 17-113: Practical Applications of Spectrum Management and Spectrum Monitoring. This hands-on course shall be offered at TCI headquarters during the 7-11 May 2018.
Hosted at TCI in Fremont, California, the course is aimed at the practical implementation of spectrum management, spectrum monitoring, radio direction finding and signal measurement techniques as they relate to the international standards of the ITU.
Individuals attending the seminar will work hands-on alongside TCI engineers and fellow spectrum professionals. This curriculum will provide individuals with tools to better perform their day-to-day duties as well as an excellent setting to network and exchange ideas with like-minded students from around the world.
The TCI-hosted USTTI course covers:
- License application processing
- Propagation analysis tools
- Radio direction finding
- Signal monitoring, identification & correlation to a frequency management database
- Spectrum occupancy and analysis
- Signal measurement to ensure compliance to ITU
