A video management Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) system provides Police, Military, Intelligence Security, Border Guard and Search and Rescue organisations to view what a fixed or rotary wing aircraft can see on the ground, all way to a secured viewing platform.

- Air Data Terminal (ADT) in a fixed/rotary aircraft
- Ground Data Terminal (GDT) – either an ECS Transcoder or a third-party encoder/decoder
- Network Transmission – private, secure Content Distribution Network (CDN)
- Video Management Servers
