Product Description

The 7031 Active Receive Antenna is an elegantly simple wideband receive-only antenna that is ideal where space is limited and the signal environment is crowded. The 7031 consists of a monopole antenna (125 cm/49 in) mounted directly to a high-dynamic-range, low-noise amplifier.

The amplifier is the key to the 7031’s outstanding performance. The low-noise, low-capacitance, and high-impedance input provides good sensitivity over the entire frequency band. The amplifier’s wide linear amplitude range and high 2nd- and 3rd-order IMD intercepts assure spur-free response even in the presence of multiple large-amplitude signals. Overload protection circuitry helps protect against damage from excessive input.

Product Description

The TCI Model 802W employs a flexible client-server architecture that provides a complete set of tools to carry out HF radio surveillance. The system rapidly acquires and describes any traditional or modern HF signal activity, and subsequently performs detailed analysis of specific signals of interest. The 802W can carry out this analysis manually or automatically in real-time or in delayed (post-facto) mode. The analysis includes detection, location, collection, classification and archiving of signal activities.

Under typical conditions the 802W system rapidly searches the HF spectrum using extremely fine resolution. When RF energy is detected, the system automatically determines the direction of the energy source and all other important signal parameters.
This information is then automatically archived for future analysis and can be simultaneously passed in real-time to operator client workstations. The operator at a client workstation tasks the system to find a particular Signal of Interest (SOI) with specific parameters. The system then processes archived or real-time data to find the SOI and its geographic position or location and presents this information to the operator.

Model 501

Short-Ranged Antenna

  • Short-range communications
  • full 2 to 30 MHz coverage
  • High efficiency
Contact Us

Product Description

Most communicators are well aware of the problems associated with “close-in” HF communications. Frequently it is easier to raise a station 2,000 km away than one’s base of operations 100 miles distant. To a large extent, the problems of short-range communications are related to inadequate antenna performance. Traditional antenna performance suffers from one or more of the following limitations:

• Inadequate bandwidth and efficiency. No shortrange broadband antenna before the 501 covered the most important lower frequencies down to 2 MHz with adequate efficiency.

• Improper pattern. Vertically polarised radiators do not support the skywave.

The performance of the Model 501 is tailored for the short-range and close-in sectoral coverage applications. The 501 radiates a broad, upwardly directed beam, slightly biased in one direction. Thus, it serves well for broad sectoral coverage and for short-range point-to-point.

Model 503

Model 503

Vertical Curtain Antenna

  • For sectoral coverage or long-distance communications
  • Greatest gain and bandwidth with given-size land area and tower height
  • Higher gain and lower take-off angle at higher frequencies
  • Broad (180°) or narrower (120°) azimuthal variations available
  • No ground screen needed for impedance match
Contact Us

Product Description

The 503 provides directional coverage over a 120° azimuthal sector. At the higher frequencies, most frequently used on long paths, the phase center of the structure is elevated, giving increased gain and lower take-off angles. This results in increased signal strength on long paths.

Front-to-back ratio of the 503 is especially good (14 dB at 2.5 MHz, 19 dB above 4 MHz on 503-1), reducing the susceptibility of the communications system to interference. VSWR is under 2.0:1.

The 503’s novel structural design results in the smallest and shortest dipole log periodic for a given bandwidth. The feedline is used as a catenary element, greatly reducing the loads transferred by the radiators in severe environments. This permits the use of a flatter top catenary, elimination of “drop rod” material, and a shorter tower. The result is a much more compact, economical structure. As in other 500 series antennas, no fiberglass is used in the catenary and support structures. A precisely manufactured, electrically transparent Alumoweld structure is used instead.

ASMS Analytics
ASMS Analytics MapPlus
ASMS-AIM

ASMS-AIM is a software module that enables the interface of the ASMS with third party accounting systems. The ASMS-AIM permits safe integration with SAGE 300 ERP 2018 or higher (ACCPAC), Sage X3 Version 11 and SAP Business One 9.2. In order to maintain security and data integrity the APIs or web services provided by the ERP/ Financial software are used. ASMS-AIM never talks directly to the database.

ASMS-AIM Prerequisites

  • ASMS-AIM shares the same ODBC connection used by ASMS. If ASMS is not installed in the workstation where ASMS-AIM is installed a new ODBC DSN needs to be created.
  • ASMS-AIM requires that an ACCPAC client should be installed in the workstation that will be used to run AIM. This is only required if interfacing with ACCPAC.
  • ASMS-AIM connects to the ASMS database to retrieve the data to be exported, so the ASMS server should be visible from the workstation used to run the interface.
  • ASMS-AIM needs to know the credentials used to connect to the financial package.

ASMS-AIM Features

  • ASMS-AIM allows the following data transfer:
    • Invoices from ASMS to SAGE 300 ERP 2018 (ACCPAC), Sage X3 Version 11 and SAP Business One 9.2
    • Receipts from ASMS to SAGE 300 ERP 2018 (ACCPAC), Sage X3 Version 11 and SAP Business One 9.2
    • Customers from ASMS to SAGE 300 ERP 2018 (ACCPAC), Sage X3 Version 11 and SAP Business One 9.2
  • Option to schedule a task at regular intervals to automatically export the information to the ERP/ Financial Software
  • ASMS-AIM provides different modes:
    • Preview: This mode allows generating as list of records that are candidate to be exported according to the date range specified.
    • Trial: When this option is executed, the batch will do a “trial” export to the financial package and will report an error if any record cannot be exported. All the errors are recorded in ASMS error log. However, please be aware that this option is only available while exporting to ACCPAC.
    • Final: ASMS-AIM final mode performs the actual update of the destination database. If required the final mode will only be allowed to export data if no errors are found in the export.
  • ASMS-AIM supports creation of multiple configurations that can be selected at run-time. This allows users to connect to test environments without modifying information in their production system.
ASMS WebCP

The WebCP (Web Customer Portal) option of ASMS enables your customers to complete and submit their license application over the Internet. In a standard browser window, WebCP displays the same data-entry forms with the same dynamic behavior as found in the ASMS. Since the applicant enters all required information on these dynamic forms, applications are complete and accurate upon submission. The WebCP administrator just needs to add the official information to an application in order to transfer it directly into the ASMS, ready for the official approvals process. This dramatically reduces data-entry costs and frees resources for planning and analysis tasks.

Minimise the workload and expense of handling license applications.

  • WebCP consists of a web server, website software and an e-mail agent
  • It supports three levels of user access:
    • Super user (grants access to administrators)
    • Administrator (grants access to applicants via a registration page on the website)
    • Applicant

Minimum Requirements

  • TCI ASMS
  • Two external fixed IP addresses
  • One SMTP email account
  • Broadband Internet connection

Key Features

  • Enables your customer to perform all application data entry
  • Sends customisable e-mails automatically to all parties at key points in the process
  • Page-level validation (“to do” lists)
  • Help windows provided for every screen
  • Current license holders can log in to apply for license modification and license renewal
  • Supports OAuth Authentication for mail servers
ASMS Analytics

ASMS Analytics is a software module that allows the user to view and analyse the data from the ASMS database. The easy-to-use graphical user interface is divided into selectable dashboards that group similar data for easy viewing and analysis. Convenient drill-down menus enable the user to narrow or expand the data set and select a wide variety of additional details to be presented. A powerful search feature lets the user search by client name, type, license number, and more.

ASMS Analytics runs on the Microsoft® PowerBI® platform and data can be exported for presentations, further analysis, and other uses.

Dashboards Provided in ASMS Analytics

Which type of license a user needs is determined by where content is stored, how they’ll interact with that content, and if that content uses Premium features.

ASMS Analytics MapPlus

MapPlus is an add-on module for the TCI ASMS, which allows map information generated by the ASMS to be viewed in the Google Earth™ mapping service. With the MapPlus option, every ASMS map screen contains an “Export to Google Earth” button. Clicking this button generates a file in KMZ format containing the current data (for example, stations, links, or calculated field strength).

ASMS then launches Google Earth, which displays the KMZ data over its terrain map. The operator can zoom, pan, and “fly” over the data set in Google Earth’s three-dimensional space. This makes it easy to:

  • Verify station coordinates against surface landmarks
  • Visualise broadcast field strengths in relation to population centers
  • Verify line-of-sight visibility between stations on the latest satellite maps

Add context to spectrum data with Google Earth terrain.

Minimum Requirements

  • TCI ASMS
  • Esri™ ArcGIS™ Engine and Spatial Analyst (included with MapPlus)
  • Google Earth™ mapping service installed on the client workstation
  • Broadband Internet connection on the client workstation

Key Features

  • KMZ exported files can be saved for subsequent analysis and comparison
  • High-resolution satellite images available for many areas
  • Labels for surface features (city names, roads, etc.) are dynamically generated by Google Earth as zoom is varied. Labels can be turned off/on as needed
  • Custom overlays (e.g., economic regions, zones and districts) can be developed and added to map displays
  • Compatible with Google Earth and Google Earth Pro™
